The internet quality was poor.

It was ok and meant for long stays but the halls were very smoky!
Smokey halls and the desk clerk was not helpful.

I found the inside suitable to any basic travel needs. it was nice to have a couch and a tv as it was a small suite, even for a night. The halls however were so smoky it was unbearable.

Internet access was not free. Free breakfast was pretty minimal.

The room was nice, but they no maid service at all during my 2-day stay. They also charged $4.99 per stay for internet access. Also, the free breakfast was coffee (very weak) and small muffin.

The staff bent over backwards to help me in every way.

The hotel wasn't very close to the business I was conducting, but it was close to a lot of restaurants and several Starbucks, which more than made up for the distance I had to travel every day. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and easy freeway access. ...read more
